Preparing for the journey, Amara used her influence to secure a horse and cart, arousing some suspicion among the group as they sensed something unusual about her behavior. With their transportation settled, Gotrek concocted a clever plan to turn a profit along the way, purchasing rare wine made from moon berries, hoping to sell it at a premium.
Setting off, the journey was initially smooth, the beauty of the High Forest providing a serene backdrop. However, they soon encountered a group of disheveled travelers who claimed to have been attacked by bandits. Yet, their torn clothes lacked any signs of injury, raising suspicions among the party.
